TVR Tuscan - 1970 STP ModSports Championship

Hi all and anyone. Hope this is the right Forum?
I've recently taken ownership of Dr Rod Longtons TVR v6 Tuscan which won the 1970 STP ModSports Championship Series. Can anyone point me in the right direction to establish where and when the races occurred in that year?
I plan to try and get the Programmes for each race? It seems there was 19 races in that year of which the car/driver were placed 1st in 9 races, 2nd in 7 races and 3rd in 1 race. I've tried STP who are non responsive.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Many thanks Duncan

Maybe the organising club of the championship could help? I think it could have been the BRSCC, but I'm sure if I'm wrong, someone more knowledgeable will pop up & correct me.
Good luck with your quest and welcome to the forum.

1970 Mods Sports

Quest is going well.

Modello Park and Castle Combe both came back with press clippings and Castle Combe a pic!! Outstanding.
Oulton Park have nothing apparently and just enquired with Brands Hatch.
Race dates and venues for 1970 race calendar were:
March
14th and 27th Oulton Park. 30th Mallory Park

April - 26th Snetterton

May - 3rd and 25th Mallory Park, 10th Condello Park

June - 6th Oulton Park. 28th Mallory Park

July - 5th Brands Hatch. 25th Castle Combe

August - 9th Mondello Park. 16th Brands Hatch. 31 Castle Combe

Sept - 13th Mallory Park, 20th Mondello Park. 27th Brands Hatch

October - 17th Oulton Park

November
- 29th Brands Hatch

They certainly packed in the races in those days!!

Any help/info/scans/referrals greatly appreciated.
I'll attempt to upload a couple of pics.
Thanks in advance
Dunc

Mondello on October 18th was a round of the SKF Bearings GT Championship run by the DUMC&LCC but Dr Longton / TVR aren't listed in the programme.

The attached image is a still from a cine film and shows a black Tuscan in the GT race so he was probably a late entry.
