Klaussen Hillclimb

Hello
Anyone else spotted the video film of the Klaussen hillclimb in the Austin Seven section of the Motorsnippets site? Plenty of Bugattis, Alfas, Mercedes etc - glorious!
If I was clever I could add the link - sorry but my son is out at a party!

Hi Hodsonaj,

Can't quite see where this video is!

Could you post some more details? Thanks!

Thanks Tony,

Unfortunately the films don't seem to work for some reason!

There is a Swiss-produced video/DVD available called "Mythos Klausen" which I am thinking of buying.

It is supposed to contain period archive footage plus film from the more recent memorial events.

It might be based on the same thing. The film was found in Germany I believe. Shame it didn't work - I will have another go when I get home - you know how work interferes with the things that really matter!
What are the details of the DVD - sounds interesting

Tony,

If you copy & paste this link it should (hopefully!) take you to a page giving details of the DVD: -

http://translate.google.com/translat...D%26ie%3DUTF-8

I've just sent off for the DVD from Collectors Carbooks at Silverstone who have it in stock for £34.95 + £2.00 P+P.

Hopefully, the disk is multi-region or it'll play ok on a multi-region machine! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I believe there is also a Klausen book produced at the same time which costs around £45.
