Thought he wasn't gonna get past after he dropped back a little with about 8 to go but he pulled it out on the very last lap!! Amazing! My heart was in my mouth for the last 20 laps though!!!

The race was on ABC. Most everywhere in Canada has ABC on basic cable, right?

Those last 15 or so laps were a magnificent display of two drivers respecting eachother and giving eachother just enough room while racing hard for the victory. Great job by Wheldon to get the edge at the line, and Castroneves has to be gutted to lose the season opener in almost the exact same way he lost it last year.

Great display from Dan and Helio - close mature racing was jsut what the series needed. With any luck this season won't be an AGR benefit.

I don't think we have ABC...but we might, I cannot be certain, there so many...

I doubt I would've specifically checked that, seeing as I would not associate it with racing.

Great run by Dan, good to see Ganassi back and some close racing in the newest 'spec' series

Mostly impressed by Dan just socking it to the doubters to win his first race with Ganassi, as almost every Andretti Green threw itself off the road! (or went boom).

Should be a good season.

I was able to view this race on ABC, and the most recent one on TSN. Out of respect for the family of Paul Dana I held off in posting about it -- because I found this - the first Indy race I've seen from start to finish for a very long time -- worth watching indeed and very exciting. I will watch more for sure.

Can anyone tell me a little about Dixon - he caught my eye (my 12 year old daughter is a Dan fan, low and behold - I didn't even know she watched Indy last year) and this year she's cheering for Scott Sharp..nice to see some motorsport interest in girls that age range though! What's all the scoop on Dixon? I think I like his style!
