My top 3 in no particular order (I daren't commit myself!)
Jouanny, Kerr, Courtney. Of these 3 everybody says that Courtney is the favourite, but I believe that he is a bit "fragile" and may not run away with things. Bruce and Robbie are both very strong mentally. |

The top five will be from, in no specific order.
Courtney, Gilmore, Taylor, Jouanny & Motaworld's #1 driver. I think "Cole Tickle" will be happy! |

No one will remember who was second anyway, so Courtney all the way.
He could dominate more than Sato did. Just look at his second year in F.F. |

No way Garaputo, Sato had a bottomless budget last year. Its going to be a close contest but there is no denying Courtney will be there or there abouts.

Duuuhhhh! Jaguar are paying for Courtneys year, you think the budget is any different than Sato? Carlin put the money into the car, not the **** that Jag did. Carlin are not the kind of team that would take less money than last year. Apat from Courtney there really isn't anyone in British f3 to do the job. Courtney and Carlin are near on unbeatable combination.

Mackmot, Taylor was bound to figure in your choice I guess. Not that your biased.
Just hope he can show to be a little more special this year that last! |

Erm Let me see...
Jouanny - Came good toward the end of the season and would have take the thruxton spoils if he hadn't had the accident. If he can pick up where he left off then stands a good chance - May need to sort a few things out with the team though. Kerr - Got to be a hot favourite - He has won championships in 4 of the last 5 years and is most likely still smarting from the kick in the teeth that was the Autosnort Young Driver thingy.. - However he has now got a great management team and will become make BF3 history if he wins even 1 race... Courtney - He is the carlin #1 therefore he will be his own worst enemy as if he doesn't perform well he can't blame the team or the hardware - He doesn't work well under the kind of preasure he will be under and if he may let his F1 testing commitments get in the way - He has to be a Favourite but only due to the team/car. Taylor - Well he should go well as 2001 was always meant to be a learning year as part of his 2 year deal with Manor. Again Good Team and as Daddy is well loaded then plenty of budget. He will have benefited from the team stabilty however he only seemed to go well on the 'easier' less techincal tracks. Expect the Haymarket duo to give him huge hype as Daddy is connected... Gibbler (Sp?) - Great showing in his 1st outing with duma when he replaced Spence at Silverstone for the final part of rounds - He has the pedigree and budget to do well. |

Phil Giebler - yes he was quite impressive at Silverstone and after no testing at all too.
Has he signed with anyone though...as far as I know he hasn't yet and may drive in the Toyota Atlantic Championship. |

I know who you mean now!
He was a very narrow runner up to Adam Jones in French F3 class b in 2000. If he drives in England this season I'd expect him to be a front runner if the car is competitive. I hope he can get signed to a team, he's a good driver and a great guy, probably the best of the young american drivers racing in europe. |

This year Taylor was the only one that could overtake and there were plenty of times he could have done realy well but his luck ran out. I hope Boothy will let him have his lucky number 13 back, then he will win.

Hi Mackmot
Have a look back through 2001 and see how many people Jouanny overtook, often before being savaged by an errant driver. |

The thing is though, at least to me, if you have a ton of overtakes in a race it usually means you sucked in qualifying

True, or you've qualified well and messed up the start, why am I thinking of a little guy at Brands Hatch and at Thruxton!

What about scholarship??
If you think its hard work deciding who will shine in the Championship Class, can anyone guess who will be taking the lead in scholarship?? Looks like a lottery to me!!
