The viper leading the I&B class (my combining)

Looks like everyone got through that unscathed, which is an awesome start compared to some other years

next session at 12.35 for 60 mins

GT3 are designed for the "gentleman" driver.

A Supercar is a real race car - not a hotted up road car.....

I enjoy both also. Looking forward to the race, unfortunately. have a big 4 hour block in the middle of Sunday wheer i have a committment, but will be home for the start and finish

last years p2 time was 2.04.08 so we were a tenth of

P3 time 2.03.5

Early days , but would suggest they are not breaking 2.00 or even 2.01

although lot more traffic than last year and a lot more cars that are heaps slower (last year nearly all the cars were below 2.20, this year nearly all the Gt4 cars are above 2.20)

so shoot out will be good

Bentley leading 20 minutes

Quinn Mclaren having issues and may not be back oput again

Viper has not dont a fast lap yet

Times of P2 but still a while to go, although the talk is this session may not be as quick as P2

I will get to see the majority of the event, but unfortunately, I'll miss most of quali and practice because work.

I did look briefly at T&S today and I saw 1:52! Crikey! Soon noticed it was a glitch.

Mr Whincup had a wobble on his last lap of the session... he was up on his previous in S1 and S2... would likely have been a 3 or better... until he pitted..

brought me one of my favorite bathurst moments in 2006

twitter suggest the quinn mclaren is getting an engine replacement, leaving the track, back tomorrow

2.03.233 was the fatest time in p4 last year, the top ten were within a second. appears traffic is a bigger problem this year.

JDub has the fastest 3 sector times this year, 3 of the fastest 4 drivers so far are rookies (in the gt3 sense of the word)
