Damn, missed out on a dance with garage girl. A good evening,David Lees was very surprised (and pleased) with his post two award. Probably a bit too much "waffle".

Well, the dinner and dance is now behind us and it was good to see so many friends at a social function. The red tie was joined by many others!
Congratulations to all those who won prizes in the raffle, sadly I wasn't among them |

Just what was Scott Stringfellow going on about? It was past 11.00pm before the disco got underway which I think was a little late for most. Non the less, it was a nice evening and it was good to see so many people in 'civvies'. I even got to have a quick chat with Rod and Dave Lees before I had to leave. Now where did Dave get that shirt?

I enjoyed my first BRSCC dinner and dance, I even won a raffle prize another fleece to add to the collection!! Stephen the red bow tie looked great, congrats to Novice on getting Trainee of the Year and to Rod and David on their awards. Have to agree that the after dinner speaker wasn't all that and things did go on a bit long, but the disco was good and I enjoyed a bop. It was good to see everyone made the effort to get dressed up and despite the booze I only fell off my heels once!!

No, I took her with me but she had to get home at a reasonable hour, hence the early departure

A good night was had by all. Sadly I could not drink this year as it was my turn to drive. I was most interested in master Sringfellows comment on how or more to the point why on becoming a mother??, Confused me.
Martyn many thanks for the choclate mouse.( that will start rumers for 2003). Congrats BRSCC SE for another good dinner and dance and everyone there made an enjoyable night. Merry Christmas to all and a safe 2003, see you then, Rich... |

Did anyone see the Smart Car (I think) that was parked outside the venue with the multi coloured flashing headlamps?
