ATS German Formula 3 2010
I think it is time to open a new Thread for the German F3
As F3 Fan mentioned previously Daniel ABT will enter the championship with team Van Amersfoort and VolksWagen Engine. Motopark also announced that they will leave formula Renault and join German F3 with 3 Dallara-VW for Kevin Magnussen (son of Jan), Jimmy Eriksson and Luis Derani HS Technik is rumoured to have switched to VW engine as well , which will make the 4th team to run VW Engine in this serie after Performance Racing,Van Amersfoort and Motopark,which will leave "only" Jo Zeller Racing and Racing Experience with Mercedes-Benz Engines Swiss Racing Team is due to leave the championship focusing on Nissan GT1 program |

I think Igor Makarin's ZyXEL RRT will return in 2010. They should be joined by another Russian team: MaxTravin Racing Team is about to enter two Dallaras for Nikolai Martsenko and Maxim Travin.

FBMW Pacific Champion Rio Haryanto has tested for Performance racing ,either Performance or Van Amersfoort he will join depends on terms and condition etc.
Duringpost race press confrence of Asian Formula Renault's final race in Zhuhai last month,both Champion and 1st runner up Alon Day and Luis Sa Silva said they are going to F3 (AD has not said which series but most likely in German while LSS claimed).Sa Silva is going to filling the 4th and the final place of Motopark. In 2010 ATS cup we can see that's a year for Asian Single seater Graduates. |

I do not want to be offensive against anybody but SA Silva was nowhere in NEC Formula Renault ...
I hope we will see again Indonesian Driver Zahir Ali and Indian Armaan Ebrahim (3rd Van Amersfoort car) |

Yes, the test days are open to Formula Master cars too, but I don't think there was any. FR2.0 and FBMW are also testing in Valencia.
In addition to ES, Brithish and German cars, so Italian and Spanish F3 are there too (or atleast were in mon-tue) |

Maybe entering as two different teams on paper? It did the trick in F Renault but I dont know how the rules are written in this case.
