The five Brazilian drivers are in Stock Car.
Serra is currently 3rd, MaurĂ*cio is 7th, Brito is 8th, Osman is 14th, Zonta is 12th. NĂ©stor Girolami is last, with one tenth place finish as only scoring result. Guillermo Ortelli is a six-time TC champion and is leading the 2016 standings. Mauro Giallombardo is the 2012 TC champion, and is currently 6th in the standings. Gabriel Ponce de LeĂłn was the 2001, 2003 and 2005 TC2000 champion. Julián Santero was 8th in 2014 Super TC2000. Franco Vivian was 12th in 2015 Super TC2000. Josito di Palma was 3rd in 2013 TC and is currently 7th in Top Race. MatĂ*as RodrĂ*guez was the 2015 Top Race champion. Ricardo Risatti was 3rd in 2015 Top Race. Diego Azar is currently 2nd in Top Race. Franco Girolami is currently 4th in Top Race. Augusto Scalbi is currently 2nd in (non-super) TC2000 Emmanuel Cáceres is currently 3rd in (non-super) TC2000 MartĂ*n Moggia is currently 5th in (non-super) TC2000 Facundo RegalĂ*a was 2nd in 2013 GP2. Same fate as Esteban Guerreri  Esteban Tuero was 6th in 2015 Turismo Nacional, and former Minardi F1 driver of course. Tom Coronel is a Le Mans, Formula Nippon, WTCC, BTCC and Rally Dakar veteran. Oscar Fineschi is 58 yeard old and EscuderĂ*a FE director. He won the the Turismo Nacional Ford Sierra Cup twice. This is his last professional race. |

Thats not true, that was the case with the Daewoo/Chevrolet Lacetti. The Cruze was always a Chevrolet.

Heavy rain at the Buenos Aires 200 km, with several cars going off-course. Terrible day for Peugeot.

This weekent it's the Santa Fe street race. As in previous years, there will be a Satruday night race (21:00 local) and a Sunday noon race (12:15 local).

In other news, a video of Mauro Giallombardo, Johnny De Benedictis and a paddock girl having a threesome has leaked.
The paddock girl union demanded punishment for the drivers, and the girl's father has threatened them. |

Hello everyone, it's my first post here, I've been reading this forum for many months now.
I've got the question concerning STC 2000. I assume that Chevrolet, Renault, Fiat, Toyota, etc are factory teams, am I right? Does anyone from you whether all of the factory drivers are paid, or are there also paydrivers in factory seats? Unfortunately it's hard to get to know this series more without knowing Spanish.. |

Ok, I was just wondering because it's not that often nowadays to see 6 manufacturers which have 3-5 factory cars. But that's good
 I also like it, cars are good and racing as well, the trouble is that it's hard to know this series more without Spanish language knowledge

These factory teams are supported economically by the regional subsidiaries.
Factory teams have paid drivers and pay drivers. |

Super 8 had a playoff bracket, where two drivers would race for one lap with a standing start, and the winner would advance to the next round.
Drivers often crashed each other, so team owners and mechanics hated it, but fans loved it. It has been discontinued. Today it's the final race, but TyC Sports is airing the Davis Cup final

Yes, the Super 8 determined the start positions for the main race.
Searching for the "special regulations", I found that the drivers knocked out in the same round were ordered by the elapsed time in that round. So a driver who spins out is placed last in the group. |

Citroen enters Super TC 2000 with Esteban Guerrieri. A good information. And personally I'd like to see Pechito Lopez in it. For me that would be better than Formula E.
