I think that 11 stone is about 70kg? I'm 6ft and.. over 12 stone :| I've lost 1/2 a stone this month alone though, I'm in the middle of some major weight loss! A new engine of ICC spec but worked on a bit will reguraly cost over £3k. We were lucky, we brought a complete kart and engine off a RICH guy today for £700, but it's easily 5k's worth. We robbed him basically lol. |

i believe the top end of pfi was actually desgined using buckmore as the base and the bottom end was designed using another track as the base (does anypne have an idea of that track?)

Of the circuits I have driven (Llandow, Clay, Shenny, Rissy, Milton Keynes, Whilton Mill, Rye House, Buckmore) i'd have to say....
For sheer thrills/danger its gotta be Buckmore Park - Symes Sweep is just awesome For natural flow - Clay Pigeon, every corner just flows into the next one I'd also mention Rissy, simply amazing in a Prokart What about Golspie? The only place wher if you crash - you really will be making sandcastles! I've never driven at Three Sisters, but that also looks good BUT - the extension at Llandow will also give it a real ba**s out corner at the bottom of the track, adding extra overall speed to an already technical circuit. |

It's a pretty fun track to drive actually. Nice elevation changes, friendly kerbs, and a good flow. Another good track for slipstreaming duels. I'm guessing you were there for the Inter Nations back in '99? That was before it was extended. It's now got a huge crest and heavily banked section! I for one am sure looking forward to the Inter Nations there this year! |

While I'm at it, if I had to rank all the tracks I've raced/driven at:
1) GYG 2) Buckmore Park 3) Rowrah 4) Larkhall 5) Three Sisters 6) Warden Law 7) Kimbolton 8) Golspie 9) Crail 10) PFI 11) Boyndie 12) Raceland (now defunct) 13) Fulbeck |

I voted other. Kimbolten is one of the three best Gearbox running circuits in this country, along with Shenington and Three Sisters. I think it's a shame that PF don't run gearbox on the oval. That'd be answer.

Tested at Lydd yesterday, that track is brilliant. very quick and flowing and going over the crest bit is great almost as good as Buckmore.

people tend to slag pf because they arent quick there. its very hard to be very fast around pf, mainly because of the lack of challenging corners. but because of that, youve got to get every corner sport on and be very consistent, hence why the pace is so hot. it is very rewarding to drive and the quality of racing is exellent.
however my favourite track is rowrah, then fulbeck, warden law, kimbolton, pf, wigan.... cant be bothered to go on. the one track i found really boring was GYG, looks impressive from the side but it was really tedious to drive. |

I detested the place when if irst drove there (well to be fair i detested the first corner) but i went testing at Wildtracks last Saturday (non MSA circuit, trying to get a license) and must admit i really do enjoy driving aroudn that place now. Nice and flowing, very wide, they race rally cross round there so it's wide enough for cars and it just screams out great overtaking opportunities as it's so wide and the final stright before the hairpin on to the start/finish straight (very Croft) is so wide i'd estimate you can get 7 karts side by side and is great for lunging up the inside

I voted for other, as my fave has to Rowrah. Haven't been to many tracks. From memory, Iv'e gone to Rowrah, Three Sisters and one in Wales I'm not so sure the name of, something like Gran-Y-Gors is it? I think Three Sisters is a good track with Loonar bend, but I feel its layout has just been drawn on paper and made. Where as Rowrah and GYG have been made to suit the landscape and its elavations. No offence to Three Sisters, good track, but for my reason, I'd prefare Rowrah (apart from ahving to pronounce it for the first time!!)
