Budget issues I think. Michele La Rosa seems to be bankrolling him for this season in exchange for being his driver coach.

Agostini did very well in GP2 testings, but he is as disappointing like F2 champ Bacheta.

The racing at Marrakech was pretty good, especially race one. Hopefully this season proves to be a good one for Auto GP as I like the series a lot.

As I see it, this is the weakest field Auto GP has had.

But, I think Agostini and Visoiu have a bright future. Visoiu is only 16 or so, so if he can make a Sirotkin and step up to WSR3.5 next year, then he has plenty of seasons to really make an impact.

He is 17 actually and this is his 3rd season in single seaters, all of them running at least dual programmes

P'al Kiss was in his home race and qualified on the front row....

Unfortunately his races didn't work out quite as planned but it gave him some extra mileage whilst he has naff all else on I reckon?

He's looking at doing the FR3.5 & GP3 rounds at Hungary also. But yeah, apart from that naff all.
His sponsors only seem interested with his home race by the looks of it.

Will Ricci come back to replace Kiss? And who is going to replace Karthikeyan for Silverstone?

Ricci is back with MLR71.

Kiss replace Karthikeyan with Zele.

Karthikeyan is with Super Nova (they add a 3rd car).

Kevin Giovesi with Ghinzani (they add a 2nd car).

Yeah they did sound impressive, I was there yest. The races are way too short, 25mins flew by. Especially as I was expecting a 45min race just like trackside PA.

attended saturday also (public transport from london not available on sunday).
everyone has their own taste but the blancpain and lambos were bit meh to be honest. then the single seaters line up and it became very enjoyable. the german guy that commentated on the formula 2.0 did a fantastic job and the autogp cars look great and really do sound awesome. highlight of the day.

Marcus666 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Can't Auto GP get the FN09 chassis to replace the former A1GP chassis and then put the Superleague Formula V12s in it. If so, Dare I say it... ...I think the serie would be superior to GP2!

Brief clip on yesterdays 'Motorsport Weekend'
programme-only thing I noticed was stands even more empty than for GT 3 hr race which had 3 hours coverage on Motors TV.When I was younger and lived in London I would have traveled to Silverstone by public transport for a meeting of this status-last visited the place in 1988 for F3000 practice
