These laws were brought in to try to stop the carnage caused by hoonish behaviour on Victorian roads, the people who live here in Victoria know lives have been lost to stupidity and inexperience. Save the BS for the track.

This was obviously a premeditated act because it requires the traction control system to be turned off in order to spin the wheels. The lad knew what he was doing. It's a fair cop guv!

I suppose he could have blamed it all on dodgy electrics, just like many other Merc owners seem to be doing!
