So Gideon, didn't have an answer to Richard? Hum?
FYI: Watch Richard Tarling kick arse in the Lotus Elise cup this season, starting with Brands Hatch next weekend! |

I agree with Mr Tarling
I'm only 17 guy's and I have realised that everybody in motorsport is in it for themselves, you get no charity. Driver ability is often masked by inferior equipment due to money constraints, bias as can certainly be applied in Palmer Audi (Gideon I attended the Brands round of fpa winter series and you cannot tell me that that Jarslov Janis could lap nearly 3 secs a lap quicker than you, in the race alone, purely out of talent, remeber who he had emblazoned on the side of his car) and Richards demise in Palmer audi, him obviously no longer being the flavour of the month, and as I'm sure many of you have sufferd, the wide spread and open (bending of the rules) that organising clubs seem to condone rather than condemn. Although, along with many other people in motorsport, Johnathon Palmer is an exceptionally intelligent man, he is also an exceptionally good businessman, and in the end this is what he has started Palmer Audi to do, earn money. Get things in perspective guy's JP holds all the cards and govern's what go's on.

Hey, Can we all agree to disagree on this one - we are allowed different opinions!

Real mature reply there Fiorentina 1. Tell me, how much racing in FPA have you done? Maybe you don't agree with the things that Gideon said, but you have to respect his point of view, because if you haven't raced in FPA yourself you can't see it from Gideons perspective.
I expect you to fire back with "I have a right to an opinion", and other ridiculous PC slogans, but the only people on here who can speak from real experience appear to be Richard and Gideon. If you have something sensible that contributes to the discussion then by all means share it otherwise why waste everyones time trying to stir things up? In reply to Francesca's post, I was going to do the FPA Winter Series, with a view to doing the full Championship the year after, but as there is no Winter Series and all that is left seems to be a company directors championship I will be doing something else, although not quite sure what just yet. The sensible discussion on here has been a bit of an eye-opener, thanks peeps for your insight. |

Would of, could of, should of, bla bla bla! Oh ya, how do you know the Winter Series will not happen? I hear it may! So, no excuses tough guy..... |

Guys you sound like a load of 8 yearold cadets fighting after a kart race or even worse their dads!
Please, reserve your personal slagging matchs to other trashy chat forums and rooms! Your certainly not acting in a manner expected by experienced, calm, claculating racing drivers, please! Cheers Farc. |

Thanks Farcnield, I agree entirely. Can we concentrate on the debate, and not name calling at people with differing views. This isn't the f1 forum you know

I'm down RT!
Brits can't fight! Just remember what happened to your boy; the Prince! I'll bring Sugar Shane Mosley, Quentin Tarantino, Frankie Four-Fingers, Tony Stewart, Mike Tyson and the alligators sleeping off of turn 5 at Moroso! You can bring Lenix Lewis, Andrew Kirkaldy, Marcus, Colin, Vinnie Jones & Brick Top! I'll call Don King & Jerry Forstythe.... |

I think as a penance Fiorentina 1 should be forced to join this forum for at least a week, to calm her down...
http://www.forums.delphi.com/n/main....dir=ukaquarium ...and that goes for anyone else who thinks name calling can be part of a discussion forum! Last edited by Francesca; 11 Apr 2001 at 18:40. |

Well, if you look at it, all of us who are enthralled by driving round and round in circles must be a little odd. I have tried to rationally look at racing an understand what it is that I like about it...... but I think its best not to.
