The technical definition of the lease of the REC doesn't work with how Mr Phelps described what went on either...

PF are withdrawing their support from Erebus, not the Russells.

Betty has used OH&S implications to throw all sorts of people out of the pits over the past few seasons.

It would be doubtful that the Plus Fitness deal with Mr Reynolds is close to $100k a season either..
