Inoticed a Embosed tin with the likness of Peter Brock and Filled with toffees on a shelf below was another box with the likness of Peter Brock in it was a small tray w the 72 Torana and these toffees again made in Argentina .. the Pictures were from Autopix so great detail its not endorsed by the Brock Foundation. but by a company called Peter G Brock pty ltd .. Im not a Brock fan but i think this is in poor taste to cash in on this.....

They don't have to be endorsed by the Brock Foundation.
There's 2 entities:The foundation and the Estate. Both are totally separate.
The foundation was set up as an organisation for generating charitable funds
to distribute to the community.

The Peter Brock Estate (AKA: Peter G Brock) has the authority on anything
marketing related to Peter's image etc. This is controlled partly by his family.

It's understandable that people get confused as the Foundation is more in
people's mind then the Estate.

So if it has "Peter G Brock" written anywhere then it's been endorsed by the
family, whether we think it's bad taste or not.

Funny when I first saw this thread I thought of the Polariser - and Dick Johnson's comment at the time about it.
