Between Level 5, Flying Lizards and Dyson there's a lot of crossing-over going on this year... |

Yeah, kind of cool if the Lizards go to the 24. Will the Lizards themselves run the car? Perhaps a mixture of 44 and 45 mechanics or both sets to be fresh throughout the 24? Or will it just be AER/Brumos guys? What about the engineers?
Also when do we get to see the Brumos 911 livery? Chris |

TRG is going to run a car with/for Black Swan Racing and GMG racing in the 24 hours. Pappis, and Bleekomolen from BSR and Sofronas and Curtis from GMG will be joined by an unnamed Porsche factory driver.
The three teams competed against each other in the ALMS last season, and now they team up for a race....gotta love it! |

Shank racing was fastest in DP at the 2 day test session this week, closely followed by the sister car and the Level 5 machine. Other tidbits from the test can be found in this article from GA.

What happened with the drivers for the Aten/Dowe Ferrari? The press release mentioned Farnbacher, Simonsen, and Rob Bell, but now it has an all French driver team, including Emmanuel Collard.
I like Collard a lot, so I'm glad to see him getting a seat, but I don't know anything about the others. Edit: I see Rob Bell is now in the Paul Miller Porsche. |

Aten found another way to get the car on the grid, with French Euros (Francs looked better). Even the drivers with the sous (20 to a livre, by the way) are pretty solid, and the two pros are right there with the best. Collard most North Americans know, and "Loopy" Pompidou is similarly is a top pro, LMS GT2 Champion 2004, 2005, 2007. |
