2010 ARCA season thread
Because we have not only Danica but also Nelsinho and Milka I think this event deserves it's own topic.
Qualifying 1. James Buescher 2. Mikey Kile 3. Joey Coulter 4. Dakoda Armstrong 5. Bryan Silas ... 7. Nelson Piquet ... 12. Danica Patrick 13. Frank Kimmel 14. Ricky Carmichael ... 36. Milka Duno Full qualifying results |

In pre race talk with Dave Despain, probably the greatest comment i've ever heard from Ken Squier:

Oh, we've already had the All-star! Anyway, ARCA Daytona is usually pretty interesting.
And as I type this the first mash-up occurs. A major loose moment for the 52 turns into mayhem. 0100 Sunday, UK time is when the TV programme for the shoot-out starts for me over here. The race start cannot be much after that. I am assuming this is live coverage. Last edited by Dutton; 6 Feb 2010 at 22:00. |

The big one Already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Danica was just 2 cars ahead of the 52 (the one who caused it). And once again, the drivers made zero attempt to slow down.

Well, fair enough.
I am left pondering the thing I always ponder during this race. Just how many (rather few?) cars will make it to the end? |

Milka Duno drove into the wreck like an idiot. There goes at least 1 female.
Alli Owens dodged a huge bullet by coming to pit road too. |

Danica was inches away from being hit by the 22.
