Artists change their name all the time, but they are still the same person. Doesn't make that muck difference to me. Although Muhammad Ali changing his name was probably the most justified due to the slavery linked to his original name

And of course some famous people change their names due to trying to make a fresh start let's say....

Derwent is heading for a stewards' enquiry!
Having read his biography written a few years back, it would seem that his step mother had a big input to the success in karting in terms of keeping the home going, sandwich making etc to allow Lewis and his dad to spend every last penny on karting.
