yeah good performance. if he wasnt stuck infront of bruni at the start and heikki didnt have his pitstop trouble we could have been in for a much better race though! still an excellent drive from adam. first 2 time winner in gp2, has finished every race in the points, and makes it fun to watch due to his style, slides everywhere!

long may it continue......pantano on the other hand seems to have no luck at all at super nova though...

Yes a very good performance by Adam, generally he dosent seem to be the fastest on track in qualifying or the races but he does seem to be the most consistant and smooth driver out there at the moment and thats whats helping him win races. Lets hope he continues to do well.

i think getting off the start is still a driver issue. some guys have learned how things work and some still have bad habbits. pla for example. 2 in a row. thats nothing to do with mechainics, thats a driver who hasnt learned yet.

SuperNova is a very very highly skilled team with technical resources beyond most. There are some GP2 teams who think this is a one make championship and that all cars are the same.

They are, but it's like the PC you took out of the box and the PC you are using now, the same but different.

Couple of wins is all it takes for the innuendo of cheating, then...

super nova have been rubbish these past couple of years and thats with a grid not half as talented as this year. and even this year they seem to be a one man show as pantano has had nothing but problems. once super nova get their second car into gear they will be a force to beat arden. arden and super nova have the 2 best driving lineups in the grid but it seems both have only 1 car working. not that im complaining, being a carroll fan!

May I make it clear to chap in the corner that I did not imply that SuperNova were cheating. Ask someone who knows something about motor racing what level of work is required to make a factory one-make car competitive.

They'll explain to you, slowly if necessary, that every component has to be measured, honed, weighed, crack tested, etc., so that each and every component is correct. Not just regulations correct, but operation to it's fastest, it's least resistance, lowest temperature...whatever.

That's what all the guys in the coloured shirts do during the week.

They Optimise the perfectly legal car.

Super Nova have historically been the best, until Arden poached some staff, now Coloni have poached from them, so SuperNova as the initiators are on top again because DS knows how to do that.

Capische??

I realise that sort of preparation goes on - and I apologise if you were offended by my interpretation of your original comments.

I made my assumption purely because in any one make series the person winning always gets accused of cheating!

i see no need to accuse anyone of cheating when you look at the face of it Adam was third on the grid the arden car intially scampered off and then through traffic and circumstance they where all back together again , should nt it mean that Super Nova got their numbers right in the race where others faultered?

Exacting my point from the beginning that Adam carroll is a super star and with his team managed to win what is arguably the toughest race of the year hats off to them
