Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Although I'm sure some of us will continue to be looking/posting in here over the next few days, I thought I'd take the opportunity to wish all posters and readers of this forum a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
I have to say that apart from the historic motor racing, 2009 has otherwise been a really crap year for me for several reasons (which, no, I won't go into) so I shall be delighted to see the end of it. Looking forward to next year's meetings. At the moment, we're snowed in and if this lasts another 48 hours, we won't be eating much over Christmas as we still have our food shopping to do, and to pick up our meat order! Ho hum!

Sorry I won't be able to make it to the Ace on the 30th - if it's still snowed up down south could you all make it to Manchester airport for a breakfast 'do' - say around 9-00 am on the same day?

I spent a large chunk of yesterday morning assembling a Roman Arena in Playmobil for a highly delighted 4 year old...
