engine changes
Can someone please tell me the rules on changing an engine during practice,qualifing and race start, Seems Murphy changed his engine overnight before race start with no penalty. Whats the go??

as i understand it, the team has 2 "get out of jail free" cards, meaning a team can execute 2 such changes during the season, and recieve no penalty..
|

And you can change the engine as many times as you like prior to qualifying and receive no penalty....
