kpm,

Try the MG Owners Club Bulletin Board for personal experiences, although they're bound to be a little biased!

You can find it here http://www2.mgcars.org.uk/cgi-bin/gen5?runprog=mgbbs

I think a new MG would be about the only new car I'd be tempted to get if I were in the market for one. Preference would be for a ZS or ZT in Trophy Blue, or, if money's no object, that gorgeous flip blue/green I've seen

I think that the best would have to be a ZT.

There was one parked near me the other day and it just looked perfect in blue.

I was looking one over at Silverstone recently. I love the 18in wheels - they just look the business! Did anyone see the one on the Prodrive stand at the Autosport Show?

Although the ZT-T also looks nice.

I've driven an MG ZR 160 (in standard form) on track at 3 sisters. I thought they were nice cars. Smooth, quiet and solid was the impression I got. The suspension is much better on track than my XR2i, and the grip was better too (my XR2i was getting a lot of wheel spin on the slow hairpin).
