Joey Hand and Patrick Long are two American drivers I wish could have a larger international presence, so it's great to see Hand getting the call. Andy Priaulx and Bruno Spengler are already favorites of mine, so to see Hand join them at BMW really has me inclined to watch a few DTM rounds.

BMW might well have the upper hand in terms of engines because they will have built a brand new one whereas Mercedes and Audi will have ones that were designed in 2007.

There're lot's of wonderful colour schemes: Kraus Hi-Fi, Warsteiner, BASF, Mampe. |

It's pity because old fasion schemes were so tight and easy reading and remembering and "recordable". The problem is the same as with drivers' helmets. Sometimes they look like somebody has just thrown a pare paint cans at them. Like an explosion at a chemical factory. I can easily draw Jean Alesi's helmet but just even don't know how Paul di Resta's or Jamie Green's ones look like.
And you can never underestimate how the paint scheme looks like I think. It's not just aesthetics. |

As for new exhaust position. Why have they placed it so high? To make some high pressure in the area infront of that huge rear arch?

At the official forum I was told exhaust area is now mentioned in the rules. So no more variety.
