I personally can see Lynn trying to move up (or to GP3), whilst Kirchhofer is almost certainly (imo) going to get the Prema seat, and a top 3 in the standings.

I wouldn't be surprised if Carlin move King up into FR3.5 or GP2. Tan won't be in the series, and I would expect Picariello to be in German F3.

I would hope that Mardenborough gets a second season.

Tech-1 is also looking for the series in 2014, perhaps with Renault.

And to Kirchhöfer: He wants to stay with Motopark Academy, so I think he will go to GP3 with Russian Time.

Esteban Ocon will race in the Macau F3 race for Prema, whilst Nick Cassidy will replace Danil Kvyat at the Hockenheim finale this season at Carlin.

Ocon will almost certainly go to Prema or, due to the new Renault links and his ties to the Lotus F1 programme, ORECA.

Cassidy, as nice as it would be to see him race in Euro F3, probably won't find the funding, but I'd be very pleased to be proved wrong.

Would be great to see Nick Cassidy do something full-time in Europe next year. Time to see what he's really worth.

What about someone moving up from F3 open, maybe Stuvik or Urrutia, I would like to see what Gonda could do in amongst a higher quality field as well.

Can't wait to see Fuoco race in Euro F3 next season, he's pretty much confirmed with Prema.

I'd love to see Rovera make the jump to this level too, but I don't think that's in the cards.

West-Tec will run 3 cars next year. Perhaps with Nelson and Jones.

Yup, why not, I think there are probably half a dozen drivers who could make the step up and he is certainly one of them.
