TCR Europe, Tarquini on Pole, Files P2. The Honda was recognised as being the slower car to the new Hyundai, everybody knows that. Files outdragged Tarquini to the first bend, kept him behind and eventually pulled away to win. I am also not sure that you can describe the TCR Germany field as mostly amateurs; that was recognised by all as the hardest national series of them all.

I would love to see Maldonado in touring cars .

Just hope Comini makes it onto the grid. We are already in for one of the most competitive seasons for a long time, the driver level is really high so far.

There are storng rumos about a 3rd Munnich honda with Rene Munnich on the wheel and also a 3rd Campos.

People said both VW and SEAT wants more cars in the series, that'y why the 3rd Campos SEAT(Cupra) and the Zengő - VW rumor makes sense.

+ we still need 4 cars for the 28 car grid - which was announced by the organizers - , so plus 1-1 car in those teams and 2 in Zengő or 2 TBA two-car team or no full grid.

I also think at least one of the alfa driver will be italian. That might be Comini.

According to hungarian sources IFZengő Motorsport will race, they will race with SEAT(Cupra) or VW.


BTW they lost a lot with the leave of Norbi and some of their engineers/mechanics.

It will be a tough challenge because he has never raced in a lot of the WTCR tracks. But if they do testing, Gio-Alfa will be there to fight with others
