A new Variable Valve Actuation system is looking for objections

At www.pattakon.com a new Continuously Variable Valve Actuation system is presented, with working prototype photos, plots and animations (even STEREOSCOPIC ones).
Any engine, racing or normal, can be improved as the torque can be about constant from very low revs to the top allowable revs of the engine.
The main advantages of the system is the lower pollution combined to excellent economy and drivability.
We are looking for objections.

Studied it for a while and the only worry I can immediately spot is that the controlarm seems to be the weakpoint in the system especially when it is extended to angles creating a low opening. Because of the angle of the force acting on it, it appears vunerable either the shaft itself or issues with the mounts or some sort of binding or bizarre reaction to the cam action.

The control levers work so well (without any indication of suffering from heavy loads) that we think, for the next application, to reduce even more their weight and strength.
