I have the perfect solution to all our complaints about the development of F1 cars in the wrong direction. The answer is so simple that even Ray Charles would have seen it - BAN ALL COMPUTERS AND BATTERIES ON F1 CARS. This will not only level the playing field between the cars substantially (except for the non factory cars), but it will, in one stroke, eliminate all the electronic driver aids that everyone in this forum has been complaining about. This is such a simple solution that it is incredible that nobody has ever thought about it before. We have all been unable to see the forest because our view was obscured by the trees.

Single seaters, open-wheels open-cars, no batteries.... just add two more wheels and call them “quadcycles”. They’ll have no aerodynamics, gearboxes would be manual and definitelly no refueling.
