1960 - Who was G D Hill?

I have a trophy in my possession - The Graham Peacock Trophy - and the first recipient of this Aintree Circuit Club Trophy was one G D Hill in 1960. I think 'THE' Graham Hill was N G Hill, or am I wrong?
In 1976, another G Hill won this trophy, but I remember him as being one of two Staffordshire motor factoring brothers - Graham and Ramon - who raced in Northern FF1600.

Is there anybody out there who can shed any light on who G D Hill was and what he raced etc.

Don Hill - from Birkenhead - mainly raced Elvas (Mk II, Mk IV, Mk VI), then forsook the circuits for sprints with a Lotus 18 and a WRA
