Red Bull. Got both of their cars into the Top 10 for a good points haul. Luck played a part, but did a good pitstop strategy as well.

Marussia... They took over the very important 10th place at the manufacturers' championship thanks to Glock's 12th place.

Ferrari. Best team finish 3rd and 8th, thanks to a solid drive from Alonso and a gutsy drive by Massa, from 23rd with a flat tyre to 8th.

Marussia - Glock's 12th place will be worth millions of pounds for them next year unles Caterham/HRT pull a miracle out of the bag.

Realistically Caterham will need over half the grid to retire because finishing 12th wont even be a good enough result as Glock got it first .....its a tall order with their cars only just quicker than Marussia.

I too went for Marussia, this is the closest they ever came to Caterham all year pace-wise, and sure enough they capitalized on it at the finish.

Just noticed Hulkenburg got fastest lap too! Together with P4 for DiResta that is serious progress on a high downforce circuit.

Marussia - a superb result for them. Good job by Force India as well but Marussia takes it.

a lot more attrition helped Lotus racing's get 12 and 13 back in Japan 2010 so i think this is more special. |
