Are you the owner of these list or do you take it directly from other site? I'm wondering this because I'm quite surprised about some of the drivers/team you write. I don't know if it is just guessing or there are some grounds to justified it (some testing at least).

What is your info about Pedro Hiltbrand-De Villota (by the way, the team should be renamed Teo Martin)? It's true that he tested the car in december but I don't know if you have more info.
Has Petru Florescu tested with West tec maybe? I wonder the same for Corbetta and Adullayev. Both have tested the f3 but with other teams.

They are guesses coming from him, doesn't make much sense doing it but he does them anyway.

It would be pretty cool to see Hildebrand getting an actual chance in single-seaters but I don't really see it - he would be in those cars if he could afford it since he is already 17/18. Also, he seems to continue with CRG.

That says a lot... :P In the winter drivers test for many teams from many series... Look at Felix Rosenqvist who test GP2, IndyLights, USCC...

That says something. At least it is a reason to try to guess it. In that case, Mawson has tested in Barcelona and Valencia with them so the deal could be posible. I would like to see him in fiaf3, but if he doesn't have enough budget, this could be a good choice. He should be a title contender for sure.

I think Euroformula Open is growing with it's be a feeder series to Formula 3.5 now and also Carlin is showing interest in joining the series. So why not Mawson in there?

And perhaps Racing Harz could be a little bit less arrogant...

If Carlin joins in it would be a good championship with +/- 25 cars. If Mawson goes racing here he will be a title contenter for sure! He was very quick from the start in F4 already

Some news in the last days:

-Julio Moreno has signed with Campos. He confirmed it in a radio interview. He said also Menchaca will be one of his teammates. Vivacqua also will be there, but as there's nothing official I will maintain the interrogatives.
-Carlin will enter the series.
-Walilko and Kusiri will race for RP Motorsport.
-Kang Ling joins DAV.

RP: Kantadhee Kusiri, Igor Walilko, Jonathan Cecotto (?), Joey Mawson (?)
Campos: Julio Moreno (?), Diego Menchaca (?), Thiago Vivacqua (?), Philip Hamprecht (?)

Teo Martin team (ex-Emilio de Villota) announces his first driver, Nikita Zlobin.

Two days ago I was wrong about Vivacqua, he won't be at Campos.

Seems like this series is growing in entries

I'm a bit curious for the drivers for the Carlin car(s), Mawson + Carlin, would be very strong, time will tell...

I saw a picture on instagram from Gulhuseyn Abdullayev with some text with it that said he will be racing for Campos as well in F3 Open.

He could be there, yes. He tested extensively with them. For this reason I asked some time ago about the relations with Corbetta team.

On other hand, MKTG was a satellite team of RP Motorsport because it looks like there was a verbal deal that said 'one team couldn't line up more than 5 cars'. So if RP still hasn't 5 cars confirmed I think it's better to remove the other one.

Petru Florescu could be a logical choice for Carlin, couldn't he?

Here the pre-season 'winter test' dates:
25-26 February– Jerez
4-5 March– Le Castellet
15-16 March– Montmelo

RP: Kantadhee Kusiri, Igor Walilko, Jonathan Cecotto (?), Joey Mawson (?)
Campos: Julio Moreno (?), Diego Menchaca (?), Gulhuseyn Abdullayev (?),

For this weeks testing there is a entry list, which is missing the Cazzaniga brothers on the DAV squad who are already confirmed. And yeah, West-Tec is missing as well..... But, Carlin is on it! Hopefully Fortec will follow

RP Motorsport: Ferrer - Kantadhee - Ptak - Waliko - Fioravanti
Campos: Moreno - Menchaca - Beckmann - Pulcini
Martin: Calderon - Florescu - Zlobin - Vilalta
BVM: Pronenko
Drivex: Liang - Habsburg
DAV: Ling - Ngebulana
Carlin: Vaidyanthan - Herta - TBA

Jonathan Alberto Cecotto is brother of Johnny Amadeus Ceceotto.

Those names are even sillier than Tim Alfa Coronel and Tom Romeo Coronel.
