JLOC Lamborghini at Le Mans in 2005.

"We want to compete with a Lamborghini. In 2-3 years, we want to challenge the Le Mans 24 Hours, of course, with a Lamborghini.

In closing, Mearashi added, "I have to realize it. It's a promise that I made to Terai." - Mearashi, JLOC.

Sorry, I just discovered that the interview was from last year. Whether they still feel the same way remains to be seen. - But Japanese promises are usually very strong.

No- that was an American outfit- Viciracing or something like that. JLOC is the Japanese Lambo Owners Club, who have run a Diablo on and off in JGTC since the mid-90's

most likely the Lamborghini Diablo GTR...it was the Viciracing team who withdrew from sebring and on my visit to austria (salzburg) for testing, the reiter-engineering crew who run our Diablo GT2 had also engineered the Viciracing diablo to full ALMS spec. yellow lights the lot! photos posted soon...

i doubt it... probably due to the fact that it takes so long for audi to make a decision these days, it goes from one manager to another and then finally to the top guy, yet he took around 3 months to come to a decision about our enquiry about running a more 'up-to-date' model...yet still my hopes are high that our team will be back in FIA-GT or even Le Mans with a 'revised' lamborghini entry 'more details released closer to our official 'comeback'!
