peckstar has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
GRM in 2009

Hardly any new in this team in the press

Will they be still running a commodore, or is there another option?

Who will sponsor the team in 2009 beyond the existing band of supporters, to bring them to the next level of competitiveness

Do they even have drivers signed?

Armageddon said on Central in the livery thread they were in talks with a sponser that had green and yellow colours. also Valvoline would most likely just downsize their sponserships. he also said he didn't know if that fell through or not.

Kanga Loaders perhaps?
The only thing I have heard was that GRM would be getting a new livery for this year.

Don't think it will be Kanga Loaders

I am pretty sure I saw it reported in the Gold Coast news a week or two ago that they had let a large number of staff go due to a downturn in sales (Due to their customers having trouble sourcing finance)

EDIT

Here is the story

The only other possibility could be Ideal Electrical taking over from Auslec.

Sorry guys, none of those "Green and Gold's/Yellow's" are close. As I said on V8C, I haven't heard anything further, last time I spoke to them it still was being worked on so it might not have eventuated anyway. Will just have to wait and see what happens.

Maybe the focus should be on the green, not the yellow/gold......

Lots of coverage for Voda - and now a possibility of a merge with 3....
Lots of coverage for Bigpond with Series sponsorship....
....someone must be feeling left out.....

One would assume there would be a yearly pitch for the dollars, maybe this is the year. Even under these trouble economic times it is interesting to note the reporting of a neutral quarter. Still, would only see it as a toe in the water exercise.

Does anyone have any news about potential sponsers to fill the gaps on the car? It looks way too bare. Even though the livery compared to last year is basically the same, it doesn't look good with all that space....their new merchandise is very nice though!!!!

What you see is what your getting with the GRM machines this year.

Cummins have reduced there input, so hence the reduction in signage on the car. The reduce input has more so to do with Head Office in the US tightening the purse strings all round.

But as usual we'll have to wait and see what happens, as Garry has a habit of bring in new sponsors through the year and for the enduro's. So watch the spaces on the car.......
