If Ian really is your dad then you should be really proud. Ian was and is one of the best "proper" racers around. I used to race and sponsor in the TVR challenge and Ian was a star....My son (now 23) loved him to bits- Ian always had a kind word and always took the time....but that was 10+ years ago.

They were really good memories.

Ian Flux, Colin Blower, Martin Short, Peter (I have a bigger engine) Wheeler, Steve Guigliame....and me at the back.

He has indeed - the Scarab Mk.II

It may even be making an appearance back on track in the championship next year...

Ian Flux

Anyone know where Fluxie is? I used to mechanic for him in the mid 80's and won the Sports 2000 championship, Still have shed loads of photos and even the steering wheel off the Shrike P15 we won with. Happy memories and would love to speak to him again. If Coral is reading - Hi. I'm sure you won't remember me but used to come to your house when you were a tot. As for the comments re Fluxie's driving - if it was in there, he would make it go - even if it meant "helping" the competitors to DNF's o ocassion (all within the rules of course) - fantastic!. Mase.

He was racing a Radical at Silverstone last weekend so the Radical organisers should be able to put you in contact with him if no-one else can
