Well, the changes that the Chevy teamsd have been clamoring for have no been granted by NASCAR. A two inch lower front air dam to improve the aerodynamics to supposedly match the Fords. How much did the Chevy's sandbag at Daytona? I cannot believe that Johnny Benson had the only Chevy strong enough to run with Yates and Roush. A car with a 24 hour old sponsor and a mid-pack driver should not have been faster than Childress and the other top Chevy Teams.

Johnny Benson was in a Pontiac, not a Chevy. You must realize that Dale Earnhardt had run in the top-5 most of the day in his Chevy before being clipped late in the race, but even his car was too tight to take the lead. However, I think the main problem with the cars being tight was the stupid spring and shock rule that NASCAR had mandated them.
