Let's hope the live timing keep working all day long. If it fails, I'll be forced to stay focused on my work...

Do you have a working Live timing website because the one from ALMS is down/not working?

or haven't they started yet?

No, currently it's stuck on yesterdays last session...

http://scoring.americanlemans.com/scoring.php

But at least the server is online, so I guess we just have to wait the cars to complete a few laps before they actualise the session...

and rain is expected today.

Is the current timing correct? Corvette's 1 and 2 in the practice session? What's the best BMW time so far?

Check the above comments. No one on track and the live timing is not working properly. Think it will get updated when there are cars on track.

Seems like the session has started, live timing showing 3 cars on track at the moment, with quite poor times, but it could be installation laps, so not sure if it rains or not...

Anybody in Georgia for weather updates?

So wet track
I understand why most don't get out from pits seeing the forecasted improvement of weather(why bother running on water)

If I remember correctly last year was a Ferrari bullpen at Petit. I wonder how the 458's will do.

Depends on how much fuel they put in them.

Supposedly the ferrari has the best fuel economy because of direct injection.. looks like they're stretching it too far.

Seeing as at least one of the old 430s has already run out of fuel during these test sessions, it just goes to tell you how fond memories they have of last year But seriously speaking 458s have had electrical gremlins and whatever issues during all of the longer races this year (Sebring, LM, N24) and Risi & ESM haven't exactly covered themselves in glory either. I'd expect #51 AF to be the leader of the pack, behind the two restrictorwagons and maybe/hopefully #4.

Answearing my earlier request, here's the alternative live timing (need flash).

Maybe the first post of the thread should be edited to add both T&S links? (joeb if you're around...)

Surprised Peugeot didn't show it's nose for the first session today. Audi did more laps yesterday, and just got another 54 laps of dry running. If rain is falling this afternoon as predicted, they could regret missing that morning session.

Also, when are Oreca supposed to arrive?

Could someone post a picture of their ticket for this weekend? I have someone who is trying to sell a few on craigslist and want to ensure I don't buy fakes.

Much appreciated!
