when I see his F4 results(10th in the championship, 1 win in 24 races) he does not seem to be ready for the next step yet.

this article is a lot of rubbish..... Schumacher was testing with prema in Formula 4 , nothing to do with a possible move in European F3

Prema look like they're going for an ambitious line-up. Perhaps we'll see Gunther and Ralf Aron fill up the other seats. Bodes well for the next successful RSF graduate though.

Apparently FIA F3 won't be on the Silverstone WEC support bill next season:

Likewise, the FIA Formula 3 European Championship will not be supporting the FIA WEC season opener at Silverstone next year. The fee required to feature on the FIA WEC support bill was reported as the reason behind this decision.

I hope there's still a round in the UK.

I do too, and personally I'd love to see them at Donington Park. There are a few other opportunities to take if they wish to run in the UK, but not loads. Hopefully something can be worked out...

I am very much sure Leclerc or Ilott can get a better deal than Taki Inoue. Nice people don't necessarily fall in love with nice people.

Disappointed with the lack of UK round, but good to see Hockenheim only has one. Good circuit, but 6 races per year was unnecessary. Guess it's pretty similar to what we've had of late.

Niko Kari & Sette Camara new RedBull juniors will be racing for Motopark with probably Joel Eriksson in the 3rd seat.

Anyone with some news about the ART-Line team? And is there any 'official' testing day in 2016 with all the teams on the same track on the same day? Or do they all keep doing there testing apart like they do now..?

Ryan Tveter has been confirmed to be returning with Carlin. Carlin also have been testing Raoul Hyman (Autosport report he's close to a deal with them) and Alessio Lorandi - both of whom I think would be good there. Tanart Sathienthirakul has also tested for them.

However, Ben Barnicoat, previously announced (by his management) to be at Prema, may end up racing elsewhere, as he's tested for other teams since...

Looks like another fantastic grid in 2016.

It is probably counting how many chassis team owns, for exemple i think Van Amersfoort has 4 cars as well as Fortec , DAV will use Eurointernational cars so 2 cars and maybe Signature will expand to 3 cars (Zhu,Li and Boccolacci)

Can somebody explain to me how a 225 hp car costs 90.000 euro per round including testing to race? Serious question, where is it spend on?

Engineering (ie Hitech working with Aotech), getting engine manufacturer attention, testing with a formula master outside races.

Also the demand.
