Is it on NBCSN? That channel isn't working on my cable and hasn't for 4 days straight.

Hopefully they get better ratings than fishing and amateur fighting on the same channel unlike last week.

Any official streaming for the race itself?

They were just heat races Saturday night at Iowa Speedway, but they were fun. Helio Castroneves was the big winner, earning the pole and nine championship points for the final heat on a night when points were added to the mix. Castroneves even will have a fresh Chevrolet engine for Sunday's Iowa Corn Indy 250, although it will cost him 10 starting positions because the change came ahead of schedule. He'll start 11th."It's great. I'm very excited to be honest," Castroneves said. "The Hitachi boys did a hell of a job, again, and these points, it's always good, it's always crucial when you are fighting for the championship and every point counts. So I'm very proud.
"We learned a lot today, tomorrow is obviously a different ballgame. Let's put it this way because we still have more traffic, it's going to be a little bit hotter. There's a lot of things going on. But I'm excited."
Will Power will move up to the No. 1 starting spot after he chased Castroneves to the finish line of the third heat. Team Penske has never won a main event here at Iowa.
Castroneves gained nine points on his nearest championship contender, Ryan Hunter-Reay, who did not advance out of his heat. Castroneves leads by 25 points.
Power is now 112 points out of the lead in 10th place.
Castroneves now has 38 career poles, drawing closer to Rick Mears, who has 40, for fourth place all-time.
The first two heats, won by Scott Dixon and Graham Rahal, helped round out the field for the final 10-car, 50-lap third heat.
James Hinchcliffe finished third in the final heat.
The surprise of the first heat was that Dario Franchitti finished last out of nine cars. James Jakes had the only accident of the night, spinning backward into the Turn 2 wall on the 49th lap of the second heat.
The second heat also saw teammates passing each other: Simon Pagenaud on rookie Tristan Vautier and Rahal passing Jakes.
Takuma Sato and Ana Beatriz also will incur 10-spot penalties for unapproved engine changes.

Dario is so slow? What's happening at Ganassi?

It'll be interesting to see whether Andretti Autosport has got something for the Penske boys in the race at Iowa. So far, it looks like maybe not.

However, since this one is way out of my time zone, I just cannot watch it live.

Hélio loses pole with engine penalty. He isn't being docked points and he should have been docked points at Texas. Penske are obviously determined to win the championship, by any means...

This was the first time I turned off streaming, went straight from Lemans to a BTCC meeting at Croft (not sure live, found it on justin.tv) It was like being at the track since the coverage went from BTCC race, to Formula Ford, to Clio cup think it was, to Ginetta. Wonder if i can find anything after Indycars

Decent race. Looks better under lights in my opinion, but enjoyable nonetheless.

One of my favorite tracks on the calender. Frenetic action and boy is it FAST!

Roll on Pocono!

Yeh, I enjoyed that!

Such a solid drive from Hinch. There was only going to be one winner today. Was cool to see Rahal driving like a madman again. Looks like those tyres really went in the final laps, which goes hand-in-hand with the comment prior!

Hinch is my pick for 2013 champion.

Too bad that Hélio lost several places in the end. The Andretti cars were too good for him at Iowa.

"Hélio loses pole with engine penalty. He isn't being docked points"

Changing the engine before the limit gives you grid penalties, not docked points.

Yeah not sure why anyone is suggesting he should have been docked points?? Nor anything underhanded by Penske

He won the pole. The grid penalty comes after.
