It is indeed. Don Shead owned it at this time and it's now Julian Bronson's.

Bit of a late response but I'm only just getting my (mostly historic) racing pictures from 79-84ish scanned.

Few from the Pre-57 Saloon race, Donington 19th July 1980: Jim Lowry's Mk1, Graig Hinton's MKVII (now owned by Nigel Webb and used as a tow car after a successful London-Peking rally!), Michael Jordan's Minor, and Terry Heley's Zodiac alongside Roger Andreason's Magnette.

I have hundreds of pics from this era, too many to post, I was a penniless but enthusiastic student back then, I used to sell prints to drivers to cover my costs. If anyone has specific cars / meetings / locations / drivers of interest, let me know and I'll see what I can dig out.

Couple more Pre-57 Saloons from JDC Silverstone 4th April 1981:
Dennis Carter's MKVIII, and again amidst Roger Andreasson's Mk1, Mike Waykins' Zodiac, Stuart Gross' Aurelia and another Mk1 not listed in the programme for this race, but might be John Murphy.

Is that Dennis Carter of BARC fame?

Thumbing through these wonderful photos, if I'm not mistaken this car (#3) is Nomad Mk3? Recently seen pictures of it while looking for ones of the Mk1 Coupe!

If it is that car wonder if it still had original BRM V8 in 1982. I read that at some point a Ford V6 was fitted in replacement, then in late 90s that was replaced by a Porsche flat 6.

I recently scanned some 1200 photos of ERAs which I had taken, for a photobook on ERAs in historic racing, and I attach a few from the 1970s and 1980s for your perusal.
First one is Pat Lindsay (R5B) leading Hamish Moffat (R3A) Oulton 1973, second is Lindsay at Oulton 1976, next is David Kergon in R12B Hanuman II at Oulton 1973, next Chris Mann (R9B) Oulton 1977, Brian Classic (R2A) leads Bill Morris (R12B) Oulton 1981 and Pat Lindsay (R5B) at Oulton 1984.

I didn't have the BRM V8 by then. It was a 3 litre six of some description but I never saw what it actually was under the bonnet (?)

Just spotted this. This particular race was purported to be the first all Ferrari race ever held in the UK. It also included a Breadvan and obligatory GTOs.
