from memory, Oil Can Harry was a cartoon villain... Grice was certainly painted the villain frequently...

It was mentioned on another forum that TWR had originally lined up Tim Harvey to drive the #16 in 1990 alongside Percy, before Win pushed for Grice.

The mention of Tim Harvey hardly makes alot of sense given that he was racing Ford Sierra's in the BTCC at the time prepared by Andy Rouse.....but is there any truth in the story?

Tim didn't enter the TWR fold until a few years later in the Volvo BTCC program.

The villain from "The Perils of Penelope Pitstop". "Peter Perfect" was the hero there, so I'm guessing that was the connection.

Penelope Pitstop and Peter Perfect were characters from "the Wacky Races" The villain of that piece was Dick Dastardly.
