Cheers Bob,
We have already booked our travel on the Tunnel (hopefully going in Caterham and maybe the MGBGT). Thanks very much for the offer anyway! |

Other than the first couple of times I went in 84/85 when you didnt even go near the loos in the campsite, let alone the showers!!, we have always stayed in Maison Blanche, in the early days the only shower(unless you had a couple of hours to queue was by a short hose connected to the cold water taps around the perimeter. Now it is marginally better. But forget all that, getting filthy is all part of the fun. We all go off to a decent hotel on Sunday night and that first shower is one of the highlights of the weekend!

Yes, Karting Nord had nice showers and usually you didn't have to line up for long to get into one. They don't open as soon as the campsites though, so you should be resigned to a few days of grubbiness if you come before the main crowd arrives. (There are people for whom this would be a five alarmer, believe it or not.)

Assuming you are a UK citizen and under 50 years old you must have an MSA marshals graded licence, not as a trainee. Apply to Peter Todd at Motor Sports Association Motor Sports House, Riverside Park, Colnbrook, Slough, SL3_0HG, by emd January. If it is your first time marshaling at LeMans you will be allocated to a British post unless you are invited by existing marshals to a French or International one. |

lowieracing, are you going to be at Sebring with the Spyker people? And what about my JACKET? (Not that I am hinting or anything, but I'd really like to have access to those Spyker people at Sebring and not just so I could mug them for their jackets either.)
