Hi, folks! Welcome to the round 8 of the Bet 'Em IndyContest. As the world's oldest active purpose-built motorsport track and a classic of American open-wheel racing, this Mulwaukee round will have special bets for pole, win and podium.

You must pick five different drivers and a manufacturer.

Indeed a classic and one race I always look forward to. My only criticism is I would like to see it back in its traditional place on the calendar after the 500.

o- Podium ($ 500): Hunter-Reay (4 to 1), Castroneves (4 to 1), Power (12 to 1).

Marcostraz earned $ 2,000 for picking Andretti for the pole. Mythoughts got $ 400 for choosing Power for the Fast Six, and Beetle got $ 600 for picking Hinchcliffe. Nobody hitted any podium finisher.

Marcostraz, NaBUru38 and Beetle chose Hunter-Reay for the win, so the three cashed $ 8,000. Mythoughtsareracing got $ 300 for picking Hinhcliffe for the top 10, whereas Beetle got $ 600 for choosing Wilson.

Finally, everyone but me picked Chevrolet for the win, so you got $ 600.

Here's the results of the round 8 Milwaukee:

1st - Marcostraz: 2,000 + 0 + 8,000 + 0 + 0 + 600 = 10,600.
2nd - Beetle: 0 + 600 + 8,000 + 0 + 600 + 600 = 9,800.
3rd - NaBUru38: 0 + 0 + 8,000 + 0 + 0 + 0 = 8,000.
4th - Mythoughtsareracing: 0 + 400 + 0 + 0 + 400 + 600 = 1,400.

Marcostraz narrowly beat Beetle, with me not far behind. Mythoughtsareracing finished last after missing the winning driver.

3rd - NaBUru38: $ 19,340
4th - Mythoughtsareracing: $ 16,500
5th - Canada ALMS fan: $ 9,900

Marcostraz now leads with a larger margin. Mythoughtsareracing fell to 4th place, but is still close enough to Beetle and me.
