Castle Combe Photos
Hello,
Would anyone like to see my photos from Castle Combe? Two new galleries, one from a meeting earlier this year and one from late last year. I don't hold them up as 'the way to do it' - I merely like sharing my pics, good or bad, with other people. They're saved as 900 pixels wide, but I have had to save at 60% quality to keep the file size down - this has taken the sharpness off a few of the pictures. Sorry for that. http://www.british-motorsport.co.uk/ Regards, Graham |

I enjoyed them, some of them I remember the next bit after the photo and some of the incidents.
Nice to see |

Nice photos Graham - I must get over to Castle Combe again soon. Particularly liked the blue 911 - very pretty.
I've been visiting Shelsey and Prescott for a bit of variety. They're both great venues for photographers. |

Seriously there are some really great photographers on this forum!
It's really the only reason I check this forum out! Please keep it up! |

Graham, do you know any more about the pale blue early 911 in the second gallery. Was it being raced or was it a visitors car - and last year or this year?

Hi,
Thankyou for your kind words but I am not in the same league as others on this forum. I'm afraid I know nothing about the 911 - I assumed it was a competitive car. However, I can't remember seeing it on the track later in the day, but it may not have made the start of its race. I will try to dig out the programme later today. I'm sure someone in the Club forum would know. I think it was last year that I took the picture. |

I'm prety sure the 911 wasn't being raced, The skyline in the second set has now been totalled, it went off big time about 2 months ago in very wet weather
And so is the Peugot just to the side of this one, Hubby and Wife! http://www.british-motorsport.co.uk/..._Combe2/cf.jpg well, not totalled, I think the engine gave up on saturday, or something like that Lee Last edited by F1JordanUk; 11 Aug 2004 at 16:37. |
