Thanks very much for the compliment, we aim to please.

Must say that Nick did do a remarkable job Monday. The oil wasn't actually visable from the bank, Nick just twigged what was going on from the way you slid & got the oil flag put out from the flag point (which was the other side of the track) in under 30seconds flat.

I know where Brickkicker's coming from

DarrellB should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I can see the point of Denis in that if the car suddenly breaks and will not move then ther is no option but to stop where it is but many the time you see a driver trying to make their way back and then pulling off when it was obvious that they were never going to make it.

The best for this is those that think a car with no power will miraculously roll up the hill at Thruxton. The others are those that pull off on the inside of the circuit when there are groups of marshals lined up around the outside.

Another point with a car on fire wouldn't it be more sensible to try and pull off near someone with the means to put it out. What happens when the cars stopped but the seatbelts/doors are jammed?

Dennis, I guess when you head-butted the tyre wall at Quarry some years ago you didn't have to look far for the marshals!

I heard this one last weekend:

Why do helmets come in boxes?

Driver takes helmet out of the box, places brain in box, puts on helmet.
