Alan Green should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
1) On the off chance that i'll have a caravan in the area of Croft next Friday evening I think I'll turn up.

2) Can I recommend posts 12,14, or 15 for HRH and the would-be clerk-of-course if we're oversubscribed.

3) VODKA!

1) Brain Failure, Is the guy leaving because he sits next to you??
2) Is the liquid refreshment in Chequers in Dalton or on the camp-site?
3) Warm Irish Guiness or hand-pulled from Chequers.

See you for the RallyCross

1. I'm there! Observing how proper marshals do it, lol!
2. There is a possiblity of limiting the number of bodies on posts purely because there's a limit as to how many bodies you can safely have at a post, without someone being at risk...
3. Phooey - no beer with you guys, 2-10 on friday, warm bed waiting on Saturday......

Warm bed on Saturday is no excuse to avoid a technical debrief at Chequers in Dalton by Croft. A chat, a cup of coffee a fruit juice or something stronger without impairing anyone who has to drive. Spare thirty minutes or so and you will be most welcome.

Apologies for the cross-forum posting, and very much an in-message for mr snap-happy brainfailure:
Think of the poor penguins, you have been warned!

Thank you all, normal(?) service has now been resumed.

Unfortunately, due to FUBAR at this end we won't be able to make it

Have a great weekend and watch out for the penguins - they're vicious when provoked......!

Shinners I will try to avoid jumping onto vicious armco.
Wish you were at Croft.
Look at Motorsport News today:-
"The anticipated entry of between 20 and 25 four-wheel-drive cars represents the largest gathering of rallycross supercars seen in Britain for at least 25 years"
And each has twice as much power as Colin McRae or Burns.
No watching them past one corner of a rally and then waiting for another year and £55 to the MSA.

This is going to be serious fun.
Sorry I am a professional, I am marshalling, not spectating!

severbrainfailure's signature legend is most appropriate:
"If you don't love rallycross - there must be something wrong with you..." especially with 20+ supercars.

WARNING

If you have not got a pass to marshall at Croft this weekend, be warned.
The limit set by the circuit/organising clubs has been reached.
A set of oranges will not get you entry.
Sadly some marshals who volunteered have had to be turned down because its been so popular.
Its RallyX at its best.

PS. I think I misquoted Motorsport News, best collection of supercars for last 5 years not 25 as I mistakenly stated. My appologies.
