Matt don't forget you will need to sign on on Thursday afternoon or early evening (whatever time your slot is). I don't know what time Paddock sign-on usually is but don't plan on getting there on Friday morning.

Check with Chief Paddock if you have any timing issues.

The "Experts" have predicted the wettest year on record for 2008.
But, we're Brits.....we can cope!

That's a good point!
Looking forward to camping again at Silverstone. Never been on the "New" campsite so it will be a new experience.
Just holding out for a good post now and eveything will be rosy!

Just going into my 16 year of marshalling, first time I've volunteered for it and been accepted to flag!
I just hope I don't get plastered; ankle at Goodwood Festival, thumb at Wembley RofC, ..............things happen in 3s?
I may even volunteer for the Thursday afternoon too, I have to talk to ''him-who-thinks-he-is-in-charge'' first.

The High speed trials are The FIA safety car and medical car having an hours track time so the FIA can check all their systems and radios etc.. Yellow flag coverage is needed in case of any problems etc..

I've had my invite too, but mine will be unreturned as I have had the better offer of the Legends at Anglesey, but enjoy everyone who is going.
