No Discussion Forum Newsletter this week

I'm having terrible problems with my computer at the moment.
It takes me about an hour to get the machine started and then it keeps cutting the power off for some reason.
If everything goes according to plan I will have a new computer next week but until then I'm not able to get the Discussion Forum Newsletter ready in time.

Therefore, Newsletter nr. 40 will appear on Sunday August 19.
