Problem with poll?

I was just wondering if there sometimes can be something wrong with the software that calculates the polls in the forums. Most of the time, they seem to be OK, but on a couple of occasions, I've noticed some strange results. Only this evening, on a poll about who is the best passer this year in F1, David Coulthard already has 12 votes, the same as JPM, though nobody has given any reason for voting for DC. This seems a highly unlikely result to me. Of course 12 people may have voted for DC, but it does seem odd that not a single one of them has written a comment (not to mention that so many can make such a strange choice). But that's not all; there was a poll in The Gravel Trap which had 11 votes after only 10 views a while back (the one started by Liz about Ronnie Biggs). It appears to me that there may be a problem with the polls which sometimes leads to 10 votes being added to the number of votes posted or something like that. That's my best guess. Anyone else noticing something strange sometimes about the polls?

the weekly poll on the home page seems to work fine R but im not sure about the polls in the forums...I dont have anything to do with this but I will look into it for you.

I don't think the forum polls are working properly - when I vote it allows me to vote again. (Which I haven't, by the way!!!)
