eatapc should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
There was a thread about the spell checker last month. Craig Antill said this: "Unfortunately the people who previously powered the spellchecker have notified us that they are no longer able to provide the service." Peter Mallet replied that he hoped they spelled out their reasons. Because I'm anal about it, I usually copy and paste my posts into MS Word, run the spell check, then past it back into my reply at ten-tenths. It's not as convenient, but Word's checker runs a lot faster than the web-based one. Now to check this.... There -- took less than 30 seconds.

Why thunk yuo! But pedantic sounds so ... negative; I'm sure you meant pedantic in a good way. I've spelled out my reasons for having proper spelling in forum posts, so I'll refrain from being pedantic now and spare you the lecture. And in a spirit of carefree abandon, I''l throw caution to the wnd and snd thiso ut without checkng it! Wadya think?
