TVRtoe should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Upgrade cards out yet?

Sent my grading cards off in February, but still waiting for the new one's.....and the new season is fast approaching! What happens if they don't appear on time? Missed upgrade and attendence signatures ?

There's no time limit in which you will/can receive a grading card!
And to be honest, if you only sent it off in February then you're being a bit ambitious to expect it back in only the second week of March!

Attendance signature cards are completely separate from grading cards and if you have the MSA Registration card (Attendances) for 2005, then it's valid up until the end of 2006

Don't panic! Getting upgrades through the system can take a few months, although recently the BMMC's part of the job has been done very quickly (cheque to the usual address, Simon! ) : the MSA takes longer, partly because of the requirements of the grading system.

Looking at your profile, I assume the upgrade your are waiting for is trainee to course? This may well take longer than other upgrades, as in addition to the normal upgrade procedure the MSA will have to create an identity for you. For attendance signatures, you can carry on using your 'trainee' MSA card (the green one).

As for missing upgrade signatures, don't worry. In fact, I'd advise you to do a dozen or so meetings without putting your card for upgrade signatures. Just enjoy your marshalling without the pressure of 'needing' a signature - upgrading's not a race!

Nighthawk has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I put in an upgrading card back in October 05 still nothing.
Did hear a rumer that MSA is busy getting Drivers Licence and docs out first then marshals will follow sometime in April. dont know if this is true.
contacted MSA and they say My upgrade has been accepted and done.....!!!

The other important thing to note is that as soon as you submit your grading card you'll be guaranteed a quiet day without nothing to do!

Before you blame the MSA, have you checked with your Prime Club to make sure they have processed and forwarded it to the MSA?

Moan, moan, moan ..........

You got THAT card because you changed your primary club to the BMMC - and about bl**dy time too!

Your next card (with new grade) will be along soon - just like a bus!

All BMMC upgrades up to January have now been approved by the MSA.

I hope that all cards would be out from them by the end of March 2006.

After that date, if any BMMC member hasn't received a card with their new grade, please email me at the usual address: -

grading@marshal.force9.net

If members of any other club who may have an issue wish to contact me, then I will be happy to try and take up the query on their behalf.

Mind you, it would be easier if they had the BMMC as their primary club................
