jarama should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Hi, all,

A friend of mine, with fondness on slot car racing, likes modelling odd cars wich once finished are displayed in the slot meetings.

So, he's now working on a tiny car from Mazda dating back from 1960/61 and labelled as G360 Coupé.

Any info about this car would be welcome. Technical info, pictures, websites, etc.

Thank you all in advance.

Thankyou, SL,

I have to agree with you, truly an ugly duckling, but this can be his charm for showing it once finished, isn't it?

And finishing with my requests, someone knows of any kind of sports participation with this tiny car, strange as it may sound, maybe rallying, hillclimbing, in a slalom or so?

Maybe some japanese friend?

Jarama,

Found you another site, loads of pictures, this mad fool seems to actually own at least one of the cars.

http://village.infoweb.ne.jp/~fwgi6609/r360.htm

Only snag is its all in Japanese, the English page is under construction, however he has given e mail address etc.

It was quite an enjoyable search, I have found all sorts of sites, many to do with Mazda's Le Mans win in 91.

Regards
