The Christians in Motorsport car got a stop go for pitting outside the pit stop window (they came in 20 seconds after the window closed). I really enjoyed the race to there and there was a cracking battle in GT4.

Although Hunter Abbott initially had his visor up he says in the report he put it down straightaway. A colleague at work is claiming the visor would melt, I can't believe that for a second, surely in this hi-tech world the visor is treated in some way and not your average run of the mill plastic. Could someone settle an argument and tell me what they're made of and how fire proof they are?

They are bloody expensive for a bit of plastic so they should be fireproof

Isn't the major difference between a (car) racing crash helmet and a motor cycling (road) helmet, that the car one is fire proofed? That would imply that the visor is heat resistant (at least for a short while)

Now I've seen the races, does anyone know whether Godfrey Jones has had his license suspended, and if not, why not?

Can anyone please tell me what the title winning duo from last season (Ellis and Morimer) are up to this season? I was under the impression they would be back to defend their title.
